Counselling
Counselling provides a safe, confidential & non-judgemental space for you to talk about your issues & concerns & help develop skills & behaviours to manage these more effectively. I will be able to help you find your own solutions & develop a better understanding of yourself.

I believe all the answers we need about ourselves are within us & the humanistic approach to counselling focuses on self-awareness, growth & promotes natural self-healing.

Appointments can be arranged in person or online.
Walking Therapy
Taking the therapy room outdoors is a real passion of mine & walking therapy can offer physical as well as emotional health benefits. Being outdoors can be good for anyone that may feel a little anxious in the environment of a one to one setting & can reduce feelings of isolation.

Locations can be agreed within a reasonable distance & will be fully risk assessed before sessions take place.
Pricing
Counselling sessions are priced at £40 for a fifty minute appointment & I offer an initial, no obligation twenty minute discussion via telephone or online to help you decide if I am the right therapist for you.
I can offer any combination of face to face, online & walking therapy sessions & you won’t be limited to just one form.
Urgent mental health support
If you need urgent mental health support, please contact The Samaritans (116 123) or The NHS 111 Service (Select option 2)
